A classroom journal and practice system that helps children notice, explore, connect, reset, and grow through small, repeatable Happits.
Each Happit belongs to one of five dimensions. Each week, students visit one dimension, do one small activity, and add a Happit to their pond.
Learn to observe.

Learn to wonder.

Learn to belong.

Learn to recharge.

Learn to stretch.

One brave waddle at a time.
The story is the emotional thread. Each category begins with what Waddles lived through, then students try a small Happit for themselves.

Waddles does not teach by explaining. He teaches by going through something real: getting lost, noticing, waiting, receiving help, resting, and finding his way back.

Final Story
Happits is playful on the surface, but the structure is evidence-informed: attention, curiosity, connection, regulation, and tiny behavior change.
Students practice noticing thoughts, feelings, body signals, and surroundings. This draws from mindfulness and cognitive awareness.
Questions help students look again, build flexibility, and discover more than one way to see a problem.
Gratitude, kindness, and support help students recognize that wellbeing grows through relationships.
Breathing, grounding, and reset menus give children small tools for moving through strong feelings.
Small actions repeated over time can build confidence, identity, and character.
The pond becomes a visual record of growth. By the end, every student has a personal design system they helped create.

Each spread is one classroom session: one story moment, one activity, one small reflection, one Happit added to the pond.
Designed for English-medium classrooms. No training required. Just print, guide the conversation, and notice what changes.

Download each week's spread as a print-ready PDF. One new Happit per session.
